Loudon Wainwright III (Happy 80th birthday!) - 9/7/26

This week we honor Loudon Wainwright III, who turned 80 on 9/5/26! From 1996-2012, we conducted many sessions with Loudon, as well as his sister Sloan, and children Rufus, Martha and Lucy. It was always a joy to visit with this unique musical family. On our show, we revisit a few of these LW3 sessions, which include songs of both humor and heartbreak, as we wish a happy birthday to one of the best songwriters of the last 60 years.
